1. Hair Products, Wigs & Extensions

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, all sales of wigs, hair extensions, bundles, lace products, and beauty items are generally final.

We may accept returns or exchanges only if:

  • The item is unused, unworn, and unaltered
  • The product remains in its original packaging
  • Lace has not been cut or customized
  • The return request is made within 7 days of delivery
  • The item is defective or the wrong item was received

Items that show signs of use, styling, washing, brushing, cutting, coloring, or customization cannot be returned or exchanged.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-refundable and non-returnable:

  • Custom wigs
  • Customized or colored hair units
  • Used hair products
  • Sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards
  • Opened beauty or cosmetic products

3. Return Approval Process

To request a return, please contact us with:

  • Your order number
  • Proof of purchase
  • Photos of the item (if damaged or incorrect)
  • Reason for the return request

Approved returns must be shipped back within the timeframe provided by our support team.

4. Refunds

Once your approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Deposits

Some appointments may require a non-refundable deposit to secure your booking.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

We kindly request at least 24–48 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in:

  • Loss of deposit
  • Cancellation fees
  • Requirement for full prepayment on future bookings

7. Service Refunds

Due to the time and personalized nature of beauty services, completed services are generally non-refundable.

However, if you are dissatisfied with a service, please contact us within 48 hours of your appointment. We may offer reasonable adjustments or corrections at our discretion.
