Meet Grae | Founder, Favour Collective
Styled for the Spotlight. Crafted for Real Life
A proud Dallas native, Grae brings over three decades of artistry, education, and innovation to the world of beauty. As a TDLR Licensed Operator with 32+ years of experience and a Licensed Instructor for more than 23, she has built a legacy of empowering women to feel seen, styled, and unstoppable.
Her work has been featured in film and television, including Fred Hammond’s Christmas, Who Needs It, The Exotic Life of Dr. Ollie (Tubi), Recession Proof (Aspire TV), Bid for Love 2, and Reality TV Murders (Peacock TV). She’s also the exclusive Dallas hairstylist for Ese’ Azenabor’s national campaigns, celebrated for her meticulous technique and signature touch of casual luxury.
Before founding Favour Collective, Grae spent years shaping future beauty professionals as an educator for ORS, Farouk Systems, and as a CATE Vocational Instructor for Lancaster ISD and McKinney ISD. She has spent over 18 years in the private sector as a cosmetology instructor, mentoring stylists who share her commitment to excellence and authenticity.
Grae’s passion for creating natural, transformative beauty was born from her own experience. Unable to find wigs and extensions that looked and moved like real hair, she began crafting her own—from simple stocking cap units to hand-stitched, and eventually machine-sewn wigs that redefined realism and wearability. Each creation became more than a hairstyle—it became a statement of renewal.
At Favour Collective, we believe every woman deserves to feel seen, styled, and unstoppable — whether on set or in real life.
